Interview with @facelessdailyproject
1. What are you loving lately?
“Lately, I have really enjoyed being more present in my own life and reducing mindless scrolling. I am not sure if it is because I work with social media, but I have started realizing how easy it is to spend hours consuming other people’s lives, their routines, achievements and aesthetics, and in the process disconnect from my own.
Since the beginning of the year, I have been trying to implement small changes like reading before bed and starting my day by writing or moving my body before consuming content. Simply put, swapping quick dopamine for real presence.
I am still learning, but I feel that the less I get lost in the endless scroll, the more I find myself in the simple things. It has changed not only how I live my days, but also my motivation, energy and creativity.”
2. What are your best tips on creating a beautiful Instagram feed?
“For me, the first tip I stick to religiously is planning the feed. I do not need everything to match perfectly, but I like to think about how posts work together visually. A balance of close details, wider moments and visual cohesion, like using a consistent font style and a unified color palette, helps create a sense of continuity and intention.
The second tip, and perhaps the most important, is having a narrative. Instagram should not just be an album of photos or a sequence of trends. For me, the feed is an extension of my vision and my journey.
An aesthetic feed catches attention, but I believe it is intention that keeps interest. A well thought out feed communicates who we are before someone even reads the description. That, in my opinion, is the real power of social media. Visual storytelling allows us to convey identity and meaning in a way that words alone sometimes cannot.”
3. What are you most looking forward to?
“I am most excited about continuing my personal growth and becoming better every day. I value consistency and small improvements over quick results, and I like to think about how that compounds over time, both personally and professionally.
I also really enjoy creating content and sharing ideasI am looking forward to exploring my creativity in ways that challenge me, push me outside my comfort zone and allow me to connect with people who resonate with what I share and the way I see life.
More than anything, I am excited about continuing to become a better version of myself in every area of my life.”
4. Can you share some recipes that you cannot get enough of?
“I really like recipes that are simple, flavorful and nutritious. I love bowls because they are practical, quick to make and offer endless combinations. I especially love the viral hot honey ground beef bowl. It deserves all the hype because it is truly a ten out of ten.
When it comes to snacks and treats, I cannot get enough of banana bread with chocolate chips. It is comforting, easy to make and always feels like a small treat. I come back to this recipe again and again because it never disappoints.
Every Sunday I also make ginger shots, which I could not leave unmentioned because they help me feel good throughout the week. They are very simple: two lemons, one orange, a generous piece of ginger and a teaspoon of turmeric. I keep them in the fridge and before drinking I add a small pinch of black pepper to activate the turmeric.
There are simple recipes, but they are the ones I come back to again and again because good food does not need to be complicated.”
5. What advice do you live by?
“I believe in getting 1% better every day. It does not have to be big or perfect, just small steps in the right direction. Some days that means learning something new, other days it means being a little kinder to myself or showing up even when I do not feel 100%. Progress is a process, not a race.
Life does not have to be serious all the time. Growth and joy can exist together. I try to find happiness in the small things, a good conversation, a simple meal, a moment of peace. If we can laugh, learn and keep moving forward, that is already enough.
We do not need to have everything figured out. We just need to try, to grow and to enjoy the journey. That, for me, is what life is about.”
