interview With @baredailysoap

1. What is a philosophy that you incorporate into Bare Daily Soap?

“That self-care doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful. Bare Daily was built around the idea that simple daily rituals can help us slow down, be present, and care for ourselves with intention.”

2. What is a daily ritual that you do for self care?

“We live on 7 forested acres, and most mornings you can find me adventuring in it my three dogs. I have a small spot where I sit quietly and listen to the forest around me. For me, grounding myself is one of the most meaningful forms of self-care.”

3. What is your best advice on making lifestyle changes that will have lasting effects?

“We tend to measure ourselves by the finish lines we've crossed in life instead of the progress we’ve made. If you’re even one step further today than you were yesterday, those are victories worth celebrating. Those small victories create lasting lifestyle changes.”

4. What are some of your products that you can’t get enough of?

“If I’m treating myself to a true spa day, I always reach for our Lavender Ritual Trio. The creamy goat milk soap, exfoliating sugar scrub, and rich whipped body butter leave my skin feeling incredibly moisturized. And if we’re talking everyday use, I always have a bottle of my goat milk lotion stashed in my purse. It’s like a quick drink of water for my hands.”

5. What do you love to do to when you need to slow down and recharge?

“As much as I love people, I’m naturally an introvert and can get overstimulated. My favorite reset is a warm bath with Epsom salts and essential oils. Maybe it’s the Pisces in me, but soaking in water completely recharges my battery and helps me return more present for everyone around me.” https://www.instagram.com/baredailysoap
